Description: Wow, can it really be more than 8 years since the Bay Area released their third album of dance-inspiring mellow grooves?  Yes, yes it can be.  One of that album's strongest tracks, "Happy Fluffy," is available for free (name-your-price) download for a limited time.  It was made free, bandleader Charity Kahn reports, for the International Day of Happiness 2014, but I also think it's kind of appropriate as society starts celebrating the Easter Bunny.

Description:​ OK, this is slightly different from what I normally post here in that although it's "free" and it's "music," it's not "free music."  England recently released Volume 1 of her songbook, featuring lyrics and chords to four of her most popular songs -- "Jacques Cousteau," "Daddy-O," "Sometimes," and "You & Me."  I guess once you start playing it yourself, then it is, in fact, "free music."  You can grab the songbook (and her free iOS app "Draw on the Table" from her "Fun" page, or download the songbook directly.
